ONION LAKE CREE NATION — An 18-year-old woman who had been reported missing has now been located deceased.
RCMP say Jada Peigan’s family has been notified and Victim Services has been engaged to provide support.
The Saskatchewan Coroners Services has yet to complete the autopsy, but at this time, investigators believe the death to be non-suspicious.
Jada Peigan was reported missing to Onion Lake RCMP on Feb. 6. She was last seen on Onion Lake Cree Nation on Feb. 4.
Onion Lake RCMP say they would like to thank the media and local search and rescue teams for their assistance in this investigation.
