R Miller Midget Cardinals off to a good start

Cenotaph repaired and rededicated
On the afternoon of Saturday, May 15 a rededication ceremony was held for the City of Yorkton cenotaph. In 2005 numerous items that were in need of repair and restoration on the City of Yorkton's Cenotaph were identified.

A strong increase in full-time employment led to a record-high number of people working in Saskatchewan for the month of April. There were 521,700 people working in Saskatchewan in April, an increase of 8,900 over April 2009.

Canora to Yorkton relay brings donations
The trip from Canora to Yorkton became a four-hour relay for one group of runners on Thursday, May 13th. A six-person team shared the 50 km run as part of Royal Ford's efforts to raise $10,000 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund.
