YORKTON - A new development in the case of a man accused of making an online threat to Yorkton Regional High School.
In Yorkton court Sept. 23, 25-year-old Austin Ross, of Yorkton, had the charges against him stayed by the Crown prosecutor.
His co-accused, 22-year-old Cole Swain, of Margo, had previously received nine months in jail.
In March of 2023, there was a report of a threat to Yorkton Regional High School, but police determined there was no danger posed to students or staff.
