OUTLOOK - People in the riverside community of Outlook were in a giving and charitable mood in 2024.
That's coming from the Outlook Donors' Choice organization, which issued a news bulletin highlighting its donation collection for the past year.
After finalizing the numbers, the results showed that cheques were written for 12 local and 26 national charities for a grand total of $32,869.20.
Contributions at the local level amounted to $15,207.64 and the national level amounted to $17,661.56.
The Donors Choice program routinely sees Outlook and area people exhibit their giving nature in order to support both local and national programs.
