The Yorkton Regional High School senior boys football team improved their record to 3-0 last weekend after dominating the field against Swift Current.
The game was held at Century Field in Yorkton on Saturday afternoon, and despite the cold temperatures the Raider Gridders came away with a 65-13 victory. It was clear that the YRHS team held control of the game throughout the duration: by halftime, they were up 45-7.
This Saturday the Raiders will hit the road to face off against the Central Cyclones. They return to Yorkton on Thursday, Oct. 5 to play the Vanier Vikings. The game will be at Century Field and will start at 4:00 p.m.Â
