The Yorkton Terriers have signed a goaltending prospect.
Kennedy Cooper was the starting goalie for the Midget AAA team in Sherwood Park, last season.
鈥淗e had a strong year with them and had a strong showing at spring camp,鈥� said Terrier head coach and general manager Mat Hehr. 鈥淥ur Alberta scouts (Matt Woiken and Mitch Kulikoski) did a great job of identifying him.
鈥淲e had already signed a few of his teammates and friends as well, so there will be lots of familiarity come August with the new players.鈥�
