It was an ideal afternoon to learn the basics of disc golf.
And, that is just what a group from the Boys and Girls Club of Yorkton did Wednesday afternoon at Patrick Park Disc Golf Course in the city.
The youth were shown the basics of the sport by Parkland Disc Gold Association members Calvin Daniels and Quinn Haider, and then taken around for a few baskets to get a first-hand taste of the sport activity.
