      The Canora Composite School (CCS) senior boys volleyball team took part in the conference playoffs in Langenburg on November 11.
           The CCS team played against Langenburg, Vibank and Kipling, and lost all three matches, bringing its season to an end, said Steve Merriam, coach.
           Merriam said he has been pleased with the team’s progress during the season, only the second season of having a competitive senior boys team at CCS, and expects the team to continue to improve next season.
           Langenburg, Vibank and Kipling advanced to the 3A senior boys provincials in Kipling.
