It was a tough season for the Cardinals, who went 0-12 in their last 12 contests. They went 10-38 in the season.

They suffered a few team hits during the season, losing some key players to injury and other circumstances.

Head coach Bryn Biancalana said throughout the season that pitching was what they needed to improve on. But with the number of pitchers they lost, it was tough to make that happen.
