Canadian Wrestling’s Elite (CWE) will be returning to the City of Yorkton Wednesday, April 22 at Yorkdale Central School for another event after a very successful show back on January 13 saw former WWE superstar “Big Poppa Pump” Scott Steiner dismantle hometown hero Bull Bodnar.
Steiner will not be back for this tour, however replacing him is a man widely regarded as one of the best professional wrestlers on the planet today.
“The Fallen Angel” Christopher Daniels, a four time TNA (Total Nonstop Action) X Division champion, two time TNA World Tag Team champion and one half of the current ROH (Ring of Honour) tag team champions, will make his Yorkton debut on Wednesday, April 22 when he takes on Yorkton’s Robbie Gamble.
However the Daniels versus Gamble tilt is only the tip of the iceberg. Before that main event takes place there will be several other matches including tag team action as “The Crown Jewel” Chase Owens and Jason “The Gift” Kincaid square off against the team of Carter Mason and Shane Sabre.
Former CWE champion “Hotshot” Danny Duggan will look to get his name back into the title picture after CWE champion “Zombie Princess” Jimmy Jacobs decided to leave CWE to work for WWE as he takes on “Hot Prospect” Travis Cole.
Bull Bodnar is back after his beating at the hands of Scott Steiner and is looking for a bit of redemption in front of his hometown fans as he takes on Mr. Inkredible.
“A-List” Anderson Tyson Moore will also be in action, while more matches may be added to the card as the event date comes closer.
