Game four

What would be the deciding game in the series was held Monday in Lumsden.

While the game sheet was not posted by presstime, the final score was 7-2 in favour of the Lion Terriers.

Yorkton head coach Brad Haberman said the Lions proved their own worst enemy in the series.

鈥淭hey ran around and took bad penalties,鈥 he said, adding the Terriers made them paying scoring nine powerplay goals聽 in the series.

鈥淭hey were a very undiscplined team.鈥

And that trend certainly continued in the deciding game Monday.

鈥淚t got pretty heated in the end. I wasn鈥檛 very happy the way they played the last 10-minutes,鈥 said Haberman.

鈥淚t got a little hairy.鈥

Haberman said the shennigans even spread into the stands.

The result was a bad taste in everyone鈥檚 mouth.

鈥淣o one shook hands at the end of the game. It was very classless on their part,鈥 said Haberman.

The Terriers must now wait until other series are complete before knowing who they will face in round two of the playoffs.
