Laketown Leaders, Saltcoats Seniors hold coffee time at 9:00 a.m. every Monday morning. Their regular card playing time is Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. with a stop for coffee at 3:00 p.m. All are welcome, stop in sometime!
Saltcoats United Church worship will be 9:30 a.m. on Sun., Nov. 2.
Mark your calendars for a Concert with "Saskia and Darrel", Sun., Nov. 9 at 7:00 p.m. and held in the Saltcoats and District Community Hall. Tickets are $15.00 and available 306-744-2990. This project is co-sponsored by United and Anglican churches of Saltcoats. Proceeds will be directed to Doctors Without Borders (earmarked for work in Africa with the Ebola epidemic crisis).
Drop in at the Crafts Sale and Trade Show on Sat., Nov. 1 at Saltcoats and District Community Hall from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The Loonie admission puts name in for door prize. The Lunch (11:30) is chili on bun, beans, coleslaw, beverage and dessert. This annual event is sponsored by St. Augustine's Anglican Church of Saltcoats.
