SASKATOON — A 32-year-old man is facing a number of charges following an investigation by members of the Saskatoon Police Service Crime Reduction Team into methamphetamine trafficking.
The male was arrested on April 22 in a parking lot in the 1700 block of Preston Avenue North. A subsequent search was conducted of a residence in the 400-block Keely Way, along with a vehicle. Investigators located 126.9 grams of crystal methamphetamine, approximately $1,200 in cash, a revolver, cell phone and drug paraphernalia.
The 32-year-old man is charged with; possession of the proceeds of crime under $5,000, trafficking (methamphetamine), possession for the purpose of trafficking (methamphetamine) and numerous firearm-related charges.
