Knox United Church held World Day of Prayers at the Church on Fri., March 7 at 10:10. The service was Streams in the Desert prepared by the women of Egypt. The prepared service was held followed by a DVD on Egypt. Lunch and fellowship followed. Thanks to all who attended or took part in the service.
Sun., March 23 joint service of the Pastoral Charge will be held in Bredenbury at 10:00 a.m. Everyone welcome.
The next noon luncheon will be Wed., March 19 from 11:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Knox United Church. It will be a ham and scalloped potato dinner. All welcome to attend. This will be our last luncheon until the fall. The one scheduled for April 16 is cancelled.
Wellness Clinic was rescheduled this month to March 12 from 1-3 p.m. at the Busy Bees. April 2 will be the next clinic.
Glad to hear Olga Mosiman is home from the hospital. We wish her a speedy recovery.
Colby Jacob is playing Bantam B hockey with Esterhazy and they are in the south provincial final. They played their first game in Wadena winning 5-3. It is a 2 game total point. Their next game is in Esterhazy on Sun., March 16 at 5:00 p.m.
