A Pelly resident celebrated Father鈥檚 Day with a hole-in-one at Riverside Golf Course in Kamsack.

A Kamsack resident pleaded guilty to guiding without a license and was fined $7,000 in North Battleford Provincial Court on June 8, and the two American hunters he was escorting were fined $1,400 each.

A Lebret couple that has published a book on Ukrainian churches in the Saskatchewan countryside was in the area last week distributing copies of their book, which they received from the publisher on June 6.
