Victim held at gunpoint in armed robbery in Regina

On Jan. 4 at approximately 1 a.m., police were dispatched to a home in the 1400 block of Cameron Street for the report of an armed robbery.

REGINA - Two people have been charged in an armed robbery in Regina.

On Jan. 4 at approximately 1 a.m., police were dispatched to a home in the 1400 block of Cameron Street for the report of an armed robbery.

Initial information indicated the victim had been held at gunpoint, before the suspects demanded personal items.

A short while later, at approximately 1:40 a.m., officers located the two male suspects and arrested them without incident.

As a result, a 35 year-old man and 41-year-old man are jointly charged with: robbery; and use of an imitation firearm.

The accused made their first appearance on these charges in provincial court Jan. 6.
