REGINA - Three youths, including one who was just 11 years old, have been arrested following a break and enter, and theft at a business in Regina.

Shortly after midnight on Sept. 11, police were dispatched to a business on the 400 block of Albert Street N. for a report of a break and enter, and theft. Information received indicated that shortly before midnight a group of youth gained entry to the retail business, took items, and fled.

Police arrived and began their investigation. While other police were attending to an unrelated call for service at a home on the 1200 block of Robinson Street, a group of youth entered the residence matching the description of the break and enter suspects. They were also found to be in possession of some of the stolen merchandise.

At approximately 1:30 a.m., three boys were arrested: One was found to be 11 years-old, and was transported home without charges.

The two other males, both aged 15, were charged with break and enter. One was found to be in breach of conditions of a release order.

Both youths will make their first appearance on these charges in Provincial Youth Court, Sept. 11 at 2 p.m.

This incident is still under investigation.
