Maybe it’s because of the recent Four Nations Cup, maybe it’s because of the current political climate, but for whatever reason, tonight’s final round robin game for Team Canada is far and away the most hotly anticipated of the tournament.

Canada’s Brad Jacobs vs. the United States’ Korey Dropkin.

The contest has been sold out since early in the week, with a standing room only crowd of 4,500-plus expected to pack Temple Gardens Centre.

The game has no impact on the standings, as Canada has clinched first place with a 10-1 record and the U.S. has been eliminated from playoff contention with a 4-7 record.

While the playoff teams have been decided, playoff positions will be settled tonight.
