WEYBURN - Milestone RCMP received a report of a two-vehicle collision on Highway 6, approximately 19 kilometers south of Regina, on Nov. 20, at approximately 8:50 a.m.
Officers responded along with local EMS, and investigation determined a truck and a semi collided. The driver and sole occupant of the truck was declared deceased by EMS at the scene. He has been identified as a 38-year-old male from British Columbia, and his family has been notified.
The driver of the semi was taken to hospital by EMS with injuries described as non-life threatening.
Milestone RCMP continue to investigate with the assistance of a Saskatchewan RCMP collision reconstructionist.
