The Carlyle RCMP is seeking the public’s assistance after oil was stolen from an oil site.
According to a post from the Saskatchewan Crime Watch Advisory Network, on Oct. 30, between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m., the oil was stolen from an oil site just south of Redvers. Approximately 60-70 barrels of oil were stolen from the site; the approximately value of the oil, according to the RCMP, is $2,300.
The site was left a mess, and the valves were left open.
