The Saskatchewan Association of Rural Municipalities (SARM) and 麻豆传媒AVeast College are partnering to offer management-level training courses to employees of Rural Municipalities starting in January 2017.
The courses being offered to RM administrators and foremen include topics such as time management, organizational skills, communicating effectively, conflict management, safety planning and general leadership skills.
Courses will be offered in conjunction with SARM conventions and regionally to make them accessible to those living in rural areas.
鈥淓mployees working in our RMs are being called upon to build capacity in themselves to meet the demands of growth, legislation and to adopt new practices to create efficiencies,鈥 said SARM President Ray Orb.
