Club Meeting We had our meeting on January 7, 2011. What a good way to start off the new year! We could be refreshed on what big events are happening and how well the ones in the past went. The next club meeting will be at 7:00 p.

Club Meeting

We had our meeting on January 7, 2011. What a good way to start off the new year! We could be refreshed on what big events are happening and how well the ones in the past went. The next club meeting will be at 7:00 p.m at the legion on March 11, 2011.

Club News

Veronica Griffin was elected as our good will ambassador! she did her job well. Just a reminder that the 4-H Club is selling chocolates.On February 10, 2011, 4-H speeches were held at the Legion. Everyone did very well and picked good speech topics. The 2 Clover Bud winners were Erin Campbell winning second place with her topic as "Dancing"! Dylan Campbell with his topic as "Hockey" won first place! In Junior Kaylee Bjarnason coming in third with her topic "the Bermuda Triangle and it`s greatest mystery"! Veronica Griffin earned the spot of second place with her topic of "Humane Society"! Winning the honoured first place was Ashley Breault and her topic of "Top ten ways to annoy Kim Ingram"! For Intermediate speeches, Tyler Slimmons and his speech "Sno-Cross" won second place and Nevin Breault won first with his speech on "School". In the Senior speeches "Gopher Hunting" by Kayla King won Second Place! Winning first place was Shelby King and her speech "Team red-red team A"! Good job everyone!

Club Activities

4-H District 1 Curling went very well! the Junior team of Ashley Breault the skip, Dylan Breault playing as the third, and Kaylee Bjarnason who was lead moved on to Regional`s in Melville Sask. At Regional`s Riley Ingram Filled in as second. They played hard but unfortunetly they lost both games they played, the second game was very close though.
