With the 2011-12 SJHL campaign right around the corner, many who played in the league last season and have graduated and moved on to find a new hockey home and more importantly, an academic future as they have signed at various Canadian and American Universities and Colleges.
The graduation Weyburn Red Wing players that are moving on are: Riley Hengen - Minot State; T.J Wees - Lake Superior State; Drew George - Sacred Heart; Scott Kirkham - SAIT; and Brock Appleyard - University of Regina.
