Moto-X rescheduled for August 13

While constant rain and a wet racetrack may have resulted in a cancelled May Moto-X event, the warm weather has dried up the track and organizers are ready for the first of two races anticipated for Carlyle this year.

Let the high-flying, rip-roaring fun begin at Moto-X on Aug 13.

While constant rain and a wet racetrack may have resulted in a cancelled May Moto-X event, the warm weather has dried up the track and organizers are ready for the first of two races anticipated for Carlyle this year.

The Bowan-Rekken Memorial Moto-X Track will be home to riders and their fans as part of the Â鶹´«Ã½AVeast Corner Racing Circuit (SCRC).

More than 125 racers are expected to compete from all throughout Saskatchewan and south-western Manitoba.

Those in attendance will be witness to several races including: 50 cc, 65 cc, 85 cc, 125 cc, Super Mini, Beginner, Women's Open, Youth (14-29), Vet (30+), Open A, Open B and Open C.

The one-day event is scheduled to kick off with an 8 a.m. practice followed by the races starting at 10 a.m.

Those that wish to attend as a spectator are more than welcome to do so. The entry fee is $5 for those aged over 12 and free for those younger.
