WEYBURN – The Wheatland Seniors Center hosted a bridge tournament on Saturday.
A total of 42 bridge players took part in the tournament which started at 9 a.m. People came from Regina, Fort Qu’Appelle, Kennedy, Wawota, Qu’Appelle, Kenosee and Lampman and enjoyed a day of visiting and using their skills in the games of bridge.
The tournament included a delicious lunch served by Lisa Knoblauch and Colleen Fellner.
The winners were, in first, Ken and Marje Hutchison of Fort Qu’Appelle; second, Lucy Grob and Jay Heuchert; and third was Gail Quimney and Nordine Drquardt of Regina.
