Weyburn Comp Grades 7-11 receive academic awards for 2021-22

Academic achievement for students in Grades 7-11 last year were recognized at an awards ceremony at the Weyburn Comprehensive School.

WEYBURN – Students from Grades 7 to 11 last year at the Weyburn Comprehensive School were presented with academic awards on Wednesday afternoon at the Cugnet Centre, including honour roll and awards of excellence for the 2021-22 school year.

For the junior high grades, the following received the Award of Student Achievement: In Grade 7, Hanna Pierce, Rylan Keeler, Kyro Klapak, Mataya Bowerin, Keyarah Walker, Livia Crane, Ryann Fleck, 
Karis Gerle, Natalie Molde, Myla Moule,
Clair Taylor, Nelleke Vogel, Nyeema Whitrow, Rutva Patel and Marley Seeman.

In Grade 8 were the following: Isa Olvera, Daphne Shannen, Asuncion Assiya Benabdallah, 
Payton Buss, Klara-Marie Leong, Victor Magawa, Renee McFadden, Lane Carlson, Jade Charlton, 
Katryna McKinney, Artin Ravaei,
Jack Schurko, Sadie Tronson, Benjamin Maloney, Nevaeh Bell, Alex Kachan and Parker Knoll. For Grade 9 were the following: Savannah Carlson, Xhannelle Ebol, Brittany Barber, Grayson Hemphill,

Zoe Kerr, Eliza Kohane; in Grade 8: Payton Baigent, Lilith Moffat, 
Elijah Woodend, Evan Aasland-Guest, Cassidy Pretty, Avlynn Drake, Peyton Lokken and Randi Storle. In Grade 9: Taryn Gervais, Kristin Loroff, Rayna Hennie, Ava Knibbs, Drey Burgos, Sawyer Leko,

The Award in Excellence in Student Achievement, the highest level of achievement for the junior high grades, went to the following: In Grade 7: Jacob Gill, Kate Hunter, Keran Seitz, Landon Uhren, Keaton Walter, Van Huebner, Meisha Bowerin,
