Update: Second wind warning has been lifted

Winds of up to 90 kilometres per hour were expected

UPDATE: The latest wind warning for southern Saskatchewan has been lifted.

The latest warning was in effect Thursday for the southeast, including Estevan, Weyburn and Carlyle. 

It was lifted Thursday evening.

Winds peaked at 96 kilometres per hour on Thursday in Estevan.
