Report from the Weyburn Police Service from May 24 to May 30:*On May 29 and 30, police attended to several calls regarding disturbances at the Weyburn Curling Rink during the annual Spring Fling. These matters were resolved without incident.

These matters were resolved without incident.*On May 27, police answered a call about a break and enter to a residence in which a table saw was stolen.*On May 26, police received a call from a Weyburn resident complaining of Internet fraud. It was determined that three counterfeit money orders were involved and may trace to Paris, France. The matter is under investigation.*On May 25, police attended the Weyburn General Hospital to assist with an intoxicated patient.*On May 24, police attended a 911 call on Seventh Street. The occupant of the home denied calling 911. The police service would like to remind members of the public that it is a criminal offence to make a prank call to 911.*Police attended a child custody dispute case; the matter was resolved without incident.*Police attended to a theft from a vehicle. Stolen was a DVD player, Nintendo DS and games, a gas card and two pairs of sunglasses. The matter is under investigation.*Police attended a call in which the complainant felt her dog was being poisoned. The matter is under investigation.*Police attended a complaint of mischief to a vehicle. Investigation showed that Pepsi Cola may have been put into the vehicles' gas tank. The matter is under investigation.*Police attended to 101 calls for service during this reporting period, including several hit and run accidents and alcohol-related occurrences.*The investigation into the death of a local infant continues.
