The race is officially on in the Souris-Moose Mountain Constituency.
Both the NDP and Liberal party's have selected their candidates for the May 2 election. Weyburn resident Gerald Borrowman will carry the Liberal colours while Allan Arthur of Qu'Appelle will represent the NDP.
Arthur was chosen as the NDP's candidate during a nomination Wednesday night in Estevan.He and Borrowman will join Green Party hopeful Bob Deptuck in triyng to unseat incumbent Conservative candidate Ed Komarnicki who has represented the constituency since 2004.
