KIPLING - Kipling Fire Department responded to a structure fire 12 miles south of Kipling at 10 a.m. on Monday morning.
Three units and eleven firefighters responded to the call but despite their efforts, the building itself and its contents were a total loss other than some items outside the shop.
The fire department returned to Kipling at 1:30 p.m.
“The cause of the fire is unknown at this point and time,” states Ken Nordal, fire Chief of the Kipling Fire Department.
