One of Canada's top selling bands will be in Estevan this February.
As was first reported in The Mercury Nov. 2, the City of Estevan said it was in negotiations to bring what they described as a major concert to Spectra Place.
It has now been confirmed that Hedley will be the headline act February 18 at Spectra Place.
The Vancouver-based band, which is fronted by lead singer and former Canadian Idol contestant Jacob Hoggard, has sold milions of albums since forming over six years ago.
The Estevan stop is part of an almost two month long tour in support of the band's fourth album Storms, which will be released Nov. 8 across Canada.
Tickets for the show, which will also feature Classified, Karl Wolf and Kay,go on sale Nov. 10 at 10 a.m. on livenation.com or at any Ticketmaster outlet. VIP packages, which will give fans the chance to meet the band, purchase exclusive seats and merchandise, will go on sale Monday on hedleyvip.com.
