According to Bienfait town administrator Laurel Gilroy, the RM of Coalfields, and the Village of Roche Percee have asked the Town of Bienfait to use the Bienfait Memorial Rink as an evacuee host site.
"We are supplying power, water, food and vacuum services to holiday trailers of evacuees," said Gilroy.
As of 3:30 Monday afternoon there was one holiday trailer plugged into the power and water.
Bienfait Memorial Rink is located at 242 Carbon Avenue, just one block south of Highway 18. For further details please contact the Bienfait Town Office at 388-2969
