WEYBURN – Two representatives of Jerry Mainil Ltd. made donations to two Weyburn organizations on Tuesday
Board members for the Wheatland Seniors Centre received a donation of $2,500 from Jerry Mainil Ltd., to go towards needed upgrades to the building.
Darcy McCormick, CEO of Jerry Mainil Ltd., and Rosalynn Meyer, safety HR for Jerry Mainil Ltd., presented the cheque to president Theresa Istace, Terry Bendickson, Shirley Sparks and Ernie Lokken.
McCormick and Meyer from Jerry Mainil Ltd. later presented a donation of $2,500 to the Weyburn Legion on Tuesday afternoon to executive member Jerry Ponto and Legion president Brian Glass.
The funds will be used to help with repairs and ongoing operations of the Weyburn Legion Hall.
