ESTEVAN - The Estevan Mercury has announced the winner for the first week of its Christmas Wish List promotion.
Darlene Himmelspeck's name was drawn Thursday. She won $250 to be spent at local business(es) of her choosing, and said she would spend it at the Â鶹´«Ã½AVern Plains Co-op.
