Days Inn Estevan selected for national President’s Club

TORONTO – The Days Inn Estevan is among those from across the country selected for the President’s Award for achievement in 2022.

Days Inns - Canada announced the recipients of the distinction Tuesday morning. Formerly known as the Chairman’s Award, this annual prize recognizes the outstanding performance of a select group of Days Inn locations that go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service and a superior guest experience, according to a news release from Days Inn - Canada.

The evaluation process involves an assessment of brand standards, operational requirements and guest feedback metrics.

Estevan was one of three hotels in Saskatchewan to receive a President’s Award.

Irwin Prince, president and chief operating officer of Days Inns - Canada, commended the honourees for their dedication to excellence in hospitality.

"A sincere congratulations and thank you to our 38 award-winning hotels. Their hard work and continued dedication in delivering a count on me experience to guests have been vital to our industry’s recovery and growth throughout the past year. Receiving this award is a tremendous testament to that commitment.”

Last year, Days Inns - Canada expanded its recognition program with the addition of two new award tiers, gold and platinum, to recognize hotels that consistently exceed performance expectations. The gold award is presented to hotels that have been honoured with a President's or Chairman's Award for a minimum of five consecutive years, while the Platinum Award celebrates those that have achieved this distinction for at least 10 years.

Hotels in Warman and Saskatoon are among those in Canada to have gold status.
