The 121 Steakhouse owned by Tim Dlouhy unveiled its 121 Liquor Store in Assiniboia on June 23 that will now be retailing alcoholic beverages along with convenience items. The new store is a one-stop shop supplying a wide selection of wine, liquor, coolers, beer as well as mix, ice, chips and dip and other snacks. A feature of store is that all items are refrigerated. The store can provide special occasion permits, and items like cups and mixes for all events.
The store operates daily from 9:30 a.m. to midnight with extended hours on the weekends. They also make home deliveries. The new business is age restricted, although minors can enter with an adult. The store offers main stream items and can order in special items. It also allows customers to mix and match cooler flavours and buy singles. It has competitive pricing.
The 121 Liquor Store took six months to build employing all local tradespersons. All building materials were purchased locally as well.
