This week marks the final preparation week for the musical 'Urinetown' with dress rehearsal taking place on April 28. The first public performance will be on May 3 with the annual Rotary Club of Weyburn Dinner Theater. Supper will be served at 6:30 with the show starting at 7:30 p.m.
Tickets for the dinner theater will be available until April 30.
The first general performance will be on Sunday May 5 with tickets going very well for that date already. There are still very good seats for some of the dates but it is expected they will start to go fast this week. Tickets can be purchased at the WCS office or Brady's house of flowers.
A sold-out Brad Johner concert was held this past Friday and $5,000 was donated to the Triple C Center fund raising committee.
Sub-district badminton playoffs were held at WCS on Monday and winners will advance to the district badminton playoffs in Carnduff on April 27.
The SRC is holding a dodge ball tournament this Saturday.
