A row of townhouses is going up quickly on Fifth Street NE on Thursday, now that the weather has turned warm.
Since the middle of April, the second story and roofing has been added to every unit and the work is continuing.
This project is expected to be done and ready for occupancy this fall.
More condos and townhouses are also going up on Fifth Street northeast in what will be a high density neighbourhood once it is completed.
