Ready to celebrate Canada Day

Students of all grades gather around a Canadian flag as they prepare not only for the end of school, on Friday, June 27, but for Canada's birthday on Canada Day, Tuesday, July 1, when Canada turns 147 years old as a nation. The City of Weyburn has a wide variety of activities planned for Canada Day at the Leisure Centre, including free swimming, a flag ceremony, free birthday cake, a pancake breakfast and barbecue, crafts, bouncy houses, and fireworks to wrap up the day at dusk.
