Residents are invited to watch a family movie under the stars all while supporting two local organizations.
The City of Weyburn is hosting Cinema4Change, an outdoor cinema event on Friday, August 5 at Jubilee Park ball diamond number five. The movie being featured is Disney's "Mars Needs Moms" and will begin at dusk, or approximately 8:30 p.m.
Admission is $3 and guests are encouraged to bring a non-perishable food item for the Weyburn Salvation Army Food Bank. Proceeds from this event will go towards The Family Place and Salvation Army.
There will be a concession on site at the event and, as in previous years, guests are welcome to bring lawn chairs and blankets to make the viewing experience more comfortable.
