A power shovel moves piles of rubble and rebar by the Weyburn Comp on Wednesday, as demolition efforts of the older parts of the high school continue, making way for the new construction and renovations for the Comp. This pile of rubble is what remains of the former Â鶹´«Ã½AVeast Regional College, and the next stage is to take down the old Collegiate building and then the Cafetorium as part of the second phase of the huge construction and renovation project. In the end, the Comp will house Grades 7 to 12, including the Triple C Centre which has a second gym and a performing arts centre.
