A lightning bolt bursts out behind Weyburn's historic water tower, during an active thunderstorm that hit Weyburn the evening of July 12. The storm dumped just over 21 mm of rain on the city and area, complete with almost constant bursts of lightning, both the sheet lightning and bolt lightning varieties, making for an interesting sky for storm-watchers.
