Weyburn Comprehensive School will be holding its Graduation ceremonies on June 6 and this year's entire graduation day will held entirely at the school.
Grad Co-ordinators Josh Mainil, Sasha Shupe and Nicole Zastrow are busy working to ensure the day will be very special and that all grads will remember for years to come.
The graduation ceremony will be held in the WCS Gymnasium at 10:00 a.m. The doors will be open at 9:30. There will be reserved seating for parents of the grads, but all other seating is rush as this is a public event.
A punch reception will be held in the WCS Cafetorium and courtyard (entering through the B doors) from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. This event is open to the public.
The group grad photo will be taken at 3:30 in the gym and will be grads only until the official photo has been taken, then it will open to the public.
The public will also be welcomed to attend the grad program, which will take place in the gymnasium at 7:00 p.m. The grad video will be played as well as other features. All seating will be rush seating.
Graduates will attend 'Prom' in the Cafetorium beginning at 8:30 p.m.
The evening will conclude with a 'chem-free' grad party and activities, for grads and invited guests only, held in the gymnasium.
