John McDermott comes to Weyburn on Tuesday.

Weyburn Concert Series is excited to bring John McDermott to Weyburn on Tuesday, November 20. He will be performing at the Weyburn Comprehensive School at 7:30 p.m. in the Cafetorium.

John McDermott, a Scottish-Canadian Tenor, was born in Glasgow, Scotland and moved to Canada in 1965. His sense of respect for tradition and his understanding of the sentiment behind his music have won him respect both at home and abroad. McDermott's outstanding musical career has earned him three Canadian platinum records, five Juno nominations and a solid international touring schedule. This year, Weyburn is fortunate to be part of that touring schedule. He will be performing with his trio and his program will include favourite selections from his many albums, as well as a selection of Christmas classics.

John McDermott regularly performs to sell-out crowds and we are expecting a sell-out performance in Weyburn as well, so get your tickets early. Tickets may be purchased at Superior Office Products or at the door. Concert Series members please remember to use your red ticket. Because of the popularity of this concert, other tickets from the Concert Series package will not be accepted.
