This mess of cigarette butts littering the ground, with two receptacles nearby, was found near the Tatagwa View long-term care facility on the Tatagwa Parkway path. Nearby residents have complained about repeatedly finding the butts blowing into their yards, when there is a can available to be used for the garbage. The mess was found by people who were out on a walk enjoying the former Souris Valley grounds.
