A power shovel breaks ground on the northern grounds of Â鶹´«Ã½AV Hill, where the new Douglas Heights development will be located. Situated in the southeast corner of Weyburn backing onto the Tatagwa parkway and river, Douglas Heights is a master planned community featuring single-family lots, a majority of which will be walkouts, contemporary town homes and apartment condos. The development Douglas Heights is named after Tommy Douglas, who was named the "Greatest Canadian".
