Brad and Lorrie-Anne Adams and their grandchildren, Tye. Jorja and Mila from Cold Lake, Donna Schaffer from Regina and Clinton Brisbois and Kelly Chuchmuch from Winnipeg visited with Joe and Jean Brisbois recently. and other family members. Joe and his family of Mark, Donna, Garth, Lorrie-Anne and Clinton helped Joe celebrate a belated 80th birthday(September 2nd, 2000) by enjoying the Rider's game.

Welcome to the following...Bryce Bachlin from Saskatoon who is living at 206 hall St and is employed as a welder at Vaderstad......Greg and Kathy Taylor who are the first to build a new home at Van Dresar  Cove. ......Nolan and Kendra Murray, Thea, Theren and Tavea from Regina who have purchased the Leanne Sorenson home at 208 Wilfred St.

The community was saddened to hear of the passing of Stacy Lamontagne of Oxbow. She passed away on August 23rd at the age of 45 years. She was the daughter of Lane Brehaut and Wendy Brehaut and is survived by her husband, Barry and children, Donovon and Genna Pryce and twin sons. Corbin and Cordell. A private celebration of her life was held.

Chris Hamilton, Gage and Ace travelled to Saskatoon recently where Gage and Ace visited with their cousins, Colton and Avery.

The Wawota Library's book for July and August was, "Little Fires Everywhere" by Celeste Ng. No final meeting was held and the review sheet wasn't included so comments and ratings were shared on the computer.

The Wawota Museum provided a kid's program, with lessons, crafts and snacks every Tuesday through July and August, High Teas were held on Friday afternoons and the Museum was open afternoons Tuesday -Saturday. There were many visitors from out of town throughout the summer.
