ESTEVAN - The Estevan branch of the Royal Canadian Legion has drawn the winners for this year’s truck raffle.
Kay Carley from Carnduff won the truck, a 2022 Ford F150 XLT. The second prize of $10,000 went to Kelly McDavid of Estevan, and the third-place prize of $5,000 went to Brian Winter of Weyburn.
The winners were revealed Saturday night at the legion’s annual New Year’s Eve party. Entertainment for the bash was provided by Kelly J. Gill and the Hired Guns.
This is the sixth straight year the legion has held a truck raffle. The vehicle could be seen at events and businesses in the region for much of the year.
