UPDATE:
SOUTHEAST SASKATCHEWAN - The travel not recommended advisories for highways in the Estevan area have been lifted.
Motorists were asked to stay off the roads Sunday night, and the warnings remained in effect until early Monday. According to the Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure's Highway Hotline, the highways in the Estevan area were bare but wet as of Monday afternoon.
Most highways in the Carlyle and Weyburn regions area are listed as bare.
Some highways were closed Sunday night and Monday morning but have since reopened. Travel is still not recommended on some routes in the southeast.
