According to the Ministry of Highways and Infrastructure's Highway Hotline, highways in the Estevan area were partially covered, as of 1 p.m. Thursday, with the exception of Highway 39 from Estevan to Midale, which is bare-dry.

Most highways in the Weyburn and Carlyle areas are bare or partially covered. Highway 9 north of Carlyle is still listed as covered with reduced visibility, and Highway 361 from Highway 47 to Highway 9 is also covered.

A semi was partially blocking one lane on Highway 39 northbound near the Bienfait Mine Road. As of 9:30 a.m., the blockage was no longer there.
